L’importanza dell’Informazione non strutturata – MIT Sloan Management Review


Un’intervista molto interessante (oltre che autorevole) per i seguenti motivi:

  1. autorevolezza della testata (USA): la rivista di management dell’MIT;
  2. origini (India) dell’azienda di cui l’intervistato è “Chief Technology Officer”;
  3. competenza della persona e lungimiranza dei modelli che si intravede essere presenti (e praticati) dietro le parole.
    Se si pensa che oggetto dell’intervista sono in pratica tutte le problematiche legate al “2.0”, la cosa fa riflettere…

Increasingly, data is coming at businesses in unstructured ways, says K. Ananth Krishnan, chief technology officer of Tata Consultancy Services. It’s coming from outside of companies, in the kinds of networking and SMS messaging habits that customers have. And it’s coming from unstructured sources inside companies, from in-house blogs to internal knowledge markets. That’s in addition to the structured data that companies are used to generating.
