  • “How’d you like to put a question to one of the world’s most inspired management innovators—a CEO who’s challenged a host of management orthodoxies? At the end of this post, I’ll explain how you can do just that.”

  • “Around the world of social software, particularly enterprise social networks (ESN), the discussion of value always gets back to a discussion of worker productivity. It’s a logical point of focus of course, I mean ESNs should increase productivity through reducing time to find correct information or expert(s); by reducing push email through a pull – follow model; by helping workers collaborate more effectively around the decision process and leading to better decisions made faster; by giving access to more employee skills and involving more employees in important initiatives; and by facilitating more effective collaborative work efforts. “

The infographic allows managers and leaders to quickly identify generational differences as well as motivators and themes for appreciating employees of every generation appropriately.”

  • “In short :the adoption of new organizational models is made necessary by the need for optimizing the way businesses leverage their intangible assets. Beyond this complex matter there’s another emerging reality : businesses should learn to mobilize and devalop assets that are not theirs. What raises questions about engagement models and the relevance of current management and resource allocations models.”
